Charitable Cash Contributions

One of the easiest ways to show your support for the work of the Land Trust is through a cash donation.  Please download and complete our donation form.  Mail the donation form with your check to the address below:

Donate Land

The Woodbridge Land Trust gratefully accepts land donations and is happy to assist you throughout the donation process.  You may be interested to know that:

• There may be tax and estate planning benefits available to you when you donate to the Trust.
• Owners may sell property to the Trust at less than market value.
• Owners may retain the use of donated land during their lifetime or those of their spouse and children.
• Land may be given in installments by physically dividing the property or by giving fractions of an undivided interest in the entire parcel.
• Land that is not worthy of preservation can be donated. 

Donate Securities

Securities are a great way to pledge your support to the conservation of land and support of the Woodbridge Land Trust. There are special advantages in giving appreciated securities that bear a potential capital gains tax liability.  Please consider donating appreciated securities.
